Process was quick and easy, staff are friendly, location easy to find and I think I got a free upgrade to the original smaller SUV I was expecting to get. The one I got was more spacious and plenty of boot space. Took some time to get used to all the tech, and the blinker and wiper controls being on opposite sides.
