Our flight was delayed for almost 5 hours, we were supposed to be Launceston Airport by 6:10pm but we arrived at 11pm instead. The Sixt office was supposed to close at 9pm and I really appreciate Emma for staying way past the closing hours (more than 2 hours) and waited for us to arrive.
