Hired a little Isuzu truck / van body with an electric tailgate to move house for 3 1/2 days. The vehicle was impeciblely clean & well presented. That tailgate made life so much easier. The staff member on pick up was good, had good knowledge, explained everything well, was polite & taught / showed me how to use the tailgate loader on site. The two grizzles I would have would be the fact that he was more focused on the time of day, was rushing, talking so fast that it makes it difficult to understand what he was saying ( just like a McDonalds / KFC drive thru attendant ) & wanted nothing more than to be gone from work at absolutely 5:30 pm no matter what. The other issue was the EFT payment device / system. I could not pay with cash, a debit card, could not separate the bond from the rental, could not use 2 accounts / cards or do 2 transactions. You MUST have a credit card & pay it all in one amount & in one transaction. This should be looked at & modified somewhat to make life easier for some customers.
Upon returning the vehicle, the ( different ) staff member was very pleasant, polite & talkative. Overall, a good experience at a very reasonable cost. ( once I got my payment issues sorted out )
