A very friendly man assisted us with our car rental booking this morning. He even upgraded us to a BMW X4 at no extra cost, which made our day! The car was beautiful and smooth to drive, enhancing our experience as we traveled through the stunning Austrian countryside. Additionally, we appreciated being able to pick up the car on the weekend, something that had been challenging to arrange in Salzburg.
