Please note that there is no SIXT branch inside the airport. We offer a complementary shuttle service to our branch located in Plaza Futura less than 10 minutes away. Please do not follow the signs leading you to "Rent a Car". Proceed to exit the terminal through the arrivals exit doors (where the red taxis are parked) and turn left to reach the outdoor coffee shop. There you will find our shuttle pick up, running every 10-15 minutes.

We chose SIXT due to the positive reviews we found here, and the prices were competitive with the other major rental companies. I am very happy we did! Very nice shuttle from the airport, pick up was friendly and quick, they answered all my questions. They were very diligent about marking damage on the vehicle, even noticing minor things I'd missed on my video walkaround. We returned the car in Tamarindo, which was equally as smooth and probably the fastest rental return I've experienced. We have already booked SIXT for our next trip due to our experience with them in Costa Rica.

Everything was seamless from pick up to drop off using Sixt. Airport shuttle service made things stress free. Vehicle pick up was fast, easy & service was friendly. Daniel took great care of us during pick up. Drop off was quick because we were running late but smooth as well. Car was clean and in good shape. Would highly recommend.
