THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! We rented a car in an office in San José, Costa Rica. In doing so, we avoided the crowded airport lines. Luis Mendoza, our Agent, went above and beyond his duty to accommodate our travel needs. The car was new. We traveled to the Pacific side of the country for two weeks and then crossed the beautiful mountains to see the Caribbean side for another ten days. Luis made arrangements for us to leave the car in Sixaola, the border town with Panama, which we crossed by foot. That saved us from driving back to San José to return the car, and take a bus, or taxi for about seven hours to Sixaola! You can’t ask for more! Thank you Luis. This was a SIXT stars service :o)

Great staff, perfect car!
We were a group of four and needed a good and big car. The staff and the manager woman offered us a new and reliable car for our trip through Costa Rica. The paper work was like on the internet described and transparent. There were no other fees.
We especially have to thank for the recommendations from the manager woman who was very kind and helpful : )
