Had good experince with them twice. Neda was great. We had a problem which she resolved quickly and even got us a free upgrade to a much better vehicle because of slight delay. Will use them again next vacation 👍 P.s - did not get insurance as I have credit card coverage for such services. Deposit was 1400EUR. It’s less if you get insurance. Received it back in 4 working days after car was returned.
