The agent spoke excellent English, and she took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the rental. Update: Our drop-off went as smoothly as our pick-up. The agent who helped us drop off our car was friendly and professional, the process was easy, and there were no unpleasant surprises. Perfect!

The staff at counter are very friendly and helpful on the process, finish everyting within a few minuts. Also communication is good in English. My car booked was not available so I had a very good alternative modle, newly brand new car.
