With public transport

You can reach the branch with all suburban train lines as well as all subway lines. In addition, you can take the tram lines 5, 7 and 8 which also lead to the main train station. Underground follow the signs to Deutsche Bahn (DB). The escalator leads you directly to the middle hall, where the SIXT branch is located, right next to the main entrance.

Return information

The vehicle return is located in the parking garage of Nuremberg Central Station. The entrance to the parking garage is located directly between the station building (east entrance) and the Motel One Hotel. The parking garage can be found in the navigation system under the address Bahnhofsplatz 5 90443 Nuremberg. If there are no free parking spaces available in the signposted SIXT parking spaces on level 1, all other levels of the parking garage can be used. Keys can be returned at the SIXT branch in the central wing of the main station building, right next to the main entrance. Outside of opening hours, there is a key return safe available.

This was my first ever experience at renting a car from Sixt. As we were new in the country we were not sure what to expect. The staff was outstanding and helped us picking up the rental and they also made the return very easy. The inspection of the car was completed very quickly before I picked it up and the return was equally fast and efficient. Also the office layout was very clean and professional. Overall a very positive experience. I would strongly recommend potential customers go to this sixr Hauptbanhof location in Nuremberg. Kudos to the Sixt team. I will definitely go back to this location the next time I want to rent a car here! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
