We were super happy with our experience. The staff was great, even allowed us to park in their garage nightly in central Stuttgart for no extra fee. The car came with GPS (which we didn't pay extra for). Pick up and drop off was easy. We did get a note in the email saying they'd discovered a new scratch - which I'm sure I wasn't responsible for - after return. Seems they accepted my word for it. Good lesson to take a video before leaving with a car and walking around it with a staff member before leaving. Overall excellent experience.

Love it. Car is great, clean, cool looking also. Easy process from the reception staff and everything meet the expectations. I’ll looking forward for next rent-driving experience when visiting europe again. Thank you Sixt!

Reserved a 4 series, it wasn't available but got a "free upgrade" to a 740d, and all other options were a significant downgrade. Unfortunately that goes a bit over my $100k insurance limit (that covers car with under $100k MSRP) so I had to purchase CDW from them (not that it was mandatory, but it's for the peace of mind)... A clever way to make money indeed. Service was good, no drama but the car wasn't clean properly inside.
