I had an outstanding experience renting a car from Sixt today. The manager, Duarte Antunes, was extremely courteous and spoke perfect English. He handled all the paperwork quickly, explained what I should pay attention to, and performed a thorough inspection of the car for any existing damage. He also provided his business card in case I have any questions or need to return the car earlier. This level of professionalism and personal touch makes it a 10 out of 10 experience.
