Pick up from the airport was quick and easy. Hardly any wait to get the car from the rental company. Everyone was super nice and informative. After hearing some horror stories from friends at different rental companies, this experience was a breeze.

We arrived in San Juan 3 days earlier so I can't comment on the shuttle service or the wait time at busier times of the day but I can say that our car was spotless and ready at exactly the 10 AM pickup time. In the past 6 months I have rented from Sixt in Slovenia, Croatia and Puerto Rico and have never had to spend more than 5 minutes at the counter and have never been presented with additional charges. The return process was even quicker and the wait for the shuttle was about 15 minutes. I honestly cannot think of a single way in which my car rental experience could have been improved.
