This really is how car rental should be. Straightforward, efficient and clear. The team at Koper made it clear what the nature of the current damage was and they also made clear a small additional charge for driving in other countries, (Italia/Croatia). Point to note, the location closes at 15h! so plan accordingly but very easy to get there by cab from Trieste. I also got the car I booked on the website for the first time in my life!

We were very impressed with the process of hiring a car with Sixt in Koper, Slovenia. First and foremost, the customer service was five stars, and we picked the car up Sunday which was out of hours but efficient. A very warm and friendly team, who definitely put the customer first, which is rare for hire car companies. The car was spotless and very reliable, and all pre-existing damage was documented to avoid any confusion on drop-off. We had the car for eight days, travelling around Slovenia. The process was very efficient from pickup to drop off, and the staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with each time. I definitely recommend using Sixt for your car hire.
