I had such a great experience renting a car from Sixt at the Intercontinental Miami. From start to finish, everything was perfect. I especially want to give a shout-out to The Thai, who truly made a difference in my experience. He was incredibly helpful, making sure everything went smoothly and that I got exactly the car I needed. You could really tell he cared about making the process as easy as possible. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and just made the whole thing stress-free. The car was in great shape, and the whole rental process – both pick-up and drop-off – was quick and hassle-free. I’ve rented cars before, but the level of service I got from The Thai and the team at Sixt Intercontinental Miami really stood out.
