Great experience and I'd recommend renting from them.
1. The office is clean and really well designed and maintained. That matters to me.
2. The people who work in the office are professional, kind, engaging, and ensure that they honor your reservation down to the car type that you booked. They were great to work with. There's a professionalism that many of the car rental agencies nearby are sorely lacking.
3. The car was in great shape. It was clean, well maintained and easy to drive.
4. I interacted with a few other team members during the rental, and they were all easy to deal with.

The best customer service I have ever experienced. Ryan and Mejd went above and beyond to help us with our dilemma after visiting 3 other car rental services prior. Hertz, Avis, Thrifty and National couldn’t help us and the Avis standard car was more expensive than the premium Sixt car which was brand new!!!! I will only come here moving forward when my husband and I visit from France on an annual basis to visit my family in Orange County.
