SIXT car return is located on the second level of the Union Station Parking Garage at 99 H Street NE, Washington, DC 20002. Please enter the parking garage and follow the SIXT signs to level two. Rod provided excellent customer service, and his partners made the X1 sparkling before handing it over to us. My only suggestion for this and other area Sixt locations is to aim to acquire vehicles with the self-parking feature, which BMW and other luxury makers are increasingly offering as an option. This is especially useful for city parking.

Great experience. Was able to confirm they actually have a car for me (I have had poor experiences with other rental companies). When I got to the Sixt location, I asked about an upgrade to a slightly nicer car (BMW 3-series). They were able to make it happen at a reasonable extra cost. Seems like the managers/employees have the authority to do more here than other car companies - and it works. I am a happy customer. Thanks!
